Your Restaurant Review Posted: 7-5-2010 Taqueria Los Comales - Waukegan, IL First, here's what we don't like: 1) The obligatory chips and salsa, at the start of the meal, are missing. 2) There are no combo plates. The tacos however, are very good, and priced right at $1.35. The Al Pastor (pork) is especially good. The pozole, (hominy soup) and barbacoa gorditas (steamed beef) were both on the money. Not fancy. However, the best inexpensive mexican place in the area is still Taqueria Toluca on Washington Street. "Submitted By Resident"
