The normal mexican stuff, plus things like Ancas Enchipotladas (Chipotle frogs legs) and Lengua En Salsa Verde (Tongue in green tomato sauce). How about Caldo De Ancas De Rana? (Frog leg and veggie soup) or Pina Hawaiiana. (A whole pineapple stuffed with seafood, peaches, cherries, and a secret sauce) Our Pollo Mole (chicken in a bitter chocolate sauce) was good.
