Your Restaurant Review Posted: 7-8-2014 Smashburger - Vernon Hills, IL It's in Westfield Shopping Center (Hawthorne) It's burgers (two sizes) and chicken sandwiches. Instead of the regular fries, try the smashburger fries. They're tossed with rosemary, olive oil and garlic. One order is good for two people. Order at the counter and they deliver to your table. Very fast service. We had the Spicy Baja burger. (Jalapenos, guacamole, pepper jack, lettuce, tomato,, onion and chipotle mayo on a spicy chipotle bun.) It wasn't nearly as hot as it sounds.
